Location, Location, Location! Easy walk to so many things! Not super fancy but VERY, VERY nice! The room was modern, absolutely immaculate and the perfect size (which is had to find in NYC) with big windows for natural lighting. The bed & pillows were VERY comfortable BUT, most of all, the staff were VERY friendly, professional and accommodating! Sofi & Gabriel are top notch & really went the extra mile to help us feel welcome and attended to. The AC works great, our room faced the inside towards other buildings and was so quiet we slept like babies! One of Mid-town Manhattan’s best kept secrets, we highly recommend and will definitely be back! A special “thank you” to Sofi & Gabriel! And congratulations to hotel management for an outstanding job!

Room was exactly the same as depicted. Balcony with queen-sized bed. Didn't expect a nice city view with this price. This is NYC. Compared to price, I'm satisfied with overall facilities and newly renovated restroom. Location was also really close to everything. Actually, I booked two rooms two times both for me/my wife and my parents. We were assigned to separate towers (North and South). One has a bit tight lobby but the rooms(Queen room with a terrace) are the exactly same with each other. AC works okay. Though they didn't run room keeping unless requested. Acceptable with current situation(post-Covid). I don't understand the complaints about bad condition of rooms. For me, I don't regret to stay here for NYC trip for total 5 nights.

The staff were always helpful and friendly, ready to accommodate any needs I had. When I first got there I wanted to switch to a street view room and within a couple of days I got an upgrade to a larger street view room. I was also helped with my bags both upon arrival and departure. The hotel is also extremely close to Koreatown which was great for getting food or boba throughout the day. It’s close to a bunch of good restaurants in general, as well as places with good breakfast options, and a laundromat which was helpful for me.

The main reason we chose this hotel was to have a kitchen for preparing a simple breakfast. Our room had a comfortable double bed. Other members of our family had a room with two queen or double beds. The decor is basic, but attractive and functional. The floor is hardwood and the bathroom is marble. This is not a luxury property, but it met our needs perfectly for value, the kitchen, and the location. The reception staff is very friendly and helpful. If you like sushi, the Japanese Sushi restaurant in the hotel is excellent.

The reception desk was busy every time I called, room 804. I reported that the floor of the shower was moving / soft underfoot, room 804. It maybe rotting out. The guy on the reception didn't seem to be concerned or appreciate the information, but may have noted it down. I couldn't tell due to his lack of interest.
